Valances are made from 8″x8′ strips of non-tempered hardboard. They were pre-painted with a roller prior to installation. A laser was used to adjust the height above the floor. LED’s will be mounted at 75″ (layout height 52″) and the valance bottom is 72″ above the floor. Installation took about 12 hours.
