NMRA Division 1 of the Lone Star Region had a group build two months ago. It was a small warehouse, and I decided to use it has a Gilmore Oil distribution warehouse. It was almost finished right away except for steps, details, and signage. We are supposed to share this Saturday, so I got to work and finished it. Nothing like a deadline to get things finished.
Since I was making decals, some were made for the Proberta warehouse that had been languishing for months on my workbench. The original decking had strange lengthwise strips of 1, 2, 4, 6-inch lumber. This was replaced with lumber that was perpendicular to the length. The building is now at home in Proberta. Only one more building needs to be built for the town and then scenery can be completed. This is part of my idea of finishing one town before moving onto the next.
