It has been a month of doctors’ appointments, some chest issues for me and my wife had neck disk surgery. Slower progress.
Happy to report that I finished the final two 3-way switches and all the staging track has been installed. Just one piece of track on the swing gate across the doorway remains to be done. Staging yard needs Tortoises installed and wiring.
“Speed” Muller was kind enough to invite me over to his house to work on wiring the staging track control panels. I had mis wired one panel so did the other correctly. He wrote the script for the Arduino controllers and we tested the one panel. The second panel was rewired at home and both are ready to install. Boxes have yet to be built to hold the panels.
All industry locations have been entered into JMRI.
A stringline graph based on actual distance has been developed. More thought into trains that would be run at the first operating session which should take place within a month. YES!
